1. Minor Improvements and Bug Fixes
- Bug: Incorrect header rendering in IE 6 and IE 7 fixed. (Empty space below the header, incorrect height.)
- Bug: Context menu assigned in BeforeEventRender (when global ContextMenuID was not set) was not activated.
- Bug: Zero-length events starting on first day of week at 00:00 were not rendered.
